Gmail: Use a particular message to create a filter
- Open Gmail.
- Check the checkbox next to the email you want.
- Click More .
- Click Filter messages like these.
- Enter your filter criteria.
- Click Create filter.

- Right-click a message in your inbox or another email folder and select Rules.
- Select one of the options. Outlook automatically suggests creating a rule based on the sender and the recipients. To view more options, select Create Rule.
- In the Create Rule dialog box, select Subject contains.
- Click Advanced Options. Hit Next >
- Click Delete it, hit Next >
- Hit Next >
- Turn on Rule and hit Finsihed.
