Carmine Cinerari is the President of Sharp Electronics of Canada Ltd. and guides the vision and strategic direction of the company’s operations in Canada.

He has sucessfully steered the company through a number of strategic shifts in business domains, operating models, and corporate strategy. His hands-on, collaborative approach has fostered a culture of teamwork, customer focus and valued business partner relationships.

At an age and tenure in his career, one of his biggest hobbies is just to keep learning and seeking opportunities to learn new things and connect with people that can perhaps teach him new things. He has found renewed interest in reading and staying current on technology and social trends and he travels a lot on business and with his family.

This episode has a lot that you can take away from. Carmine shares his wisdom, especially around his management style. He believes in using tools that help one become a better leader and he shares that one, too, about mindfulness and strengthening one’s business stamina.
