Sheetal Jaitly is the Founder and CEO at TribalScale, a software design and development company in Toronto.  Sheetal is a 13 year veteran of the tech industry. In the late 90’s Sheetal worked in mobile right out of high school where he was part of the Palm Pilot launch with USRobotics in Canada.

When Sheetal joined Xtreme Labs, as the Director of Business Development for Media, he quickly expanded the Media vertical for the organization and became a well-known figure within the industry.

As Xtreme was acquired by Pivotal Software, he expanded his reach as he took Telecommunications and IoT under his belt. In his current role as CEO of TribalScale, Sheetal is applying his business development skills to quickly scale the young IoT and mobile development company.

Outside of his day-to-day role, Sheetal is an avid investor in the technology space as well as a volunteer and member on the BoD for the Ontario Association of Food Banks.

Kirstine is now the President at TribalScale, formerly Chief Strategy Officer for Diply, a content platform with over 1 billion monthly Video views and 34 million monthly unique US visitors and is ranked (Alexa) #16 US website by traffic one below Instagram.

Until Fall 2016, Kirstine was the Vice-President of Media at Twitter, overseeing North American partnerships across all verticals, including television, sports, gaming, news and music. She previously served as Managing Director for Twitter Canada, leading Canadian operations as well as advertising business and partnerships.

Prior to joining Twitter in May 2013, Kirstine was the Executive Vice-President of CBC’s English services, CBC/Radio-Canada, where she oversaw the network’s English-language radio, television and digital programming and operations. Earlier, she was Senior Vice-President of programming for Alliance Atlantis, overseeing HGTV, Food Network, National Geographic, BBC Canada and others.

Kirstine earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Toronto and is a graduate of the Global Leadership and Public Policy for the 21st Century program at Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government as well as the Transition to Leadership Program Young Global Voices at the Oxford Saïd Business School. She is also an alumna of the Forum of Young Global Leaders, an integral part of the World Economic Forum.

Most recently, Kirstine was named to Maclean’s list of the most powerful Canadians (just two places behind Justin Trudeau), to Toronto Life’s list of the most influential Torontonians and to Canadian Business’s 2015 list of the top 50 most powerful business people in Canada. Mitch Seguin is the Co-founder and Head of Product and Design at TribalScale.

Mitch has always been a tech geek at heart, from his roots building hospital data centres to product management at Xtreme Labs, Mitch has seen every facet of product design and development. Mitch focused much of his working energy at Xtreme Labs in the startup space. Working with companies from seed round, he saw huge growth among his client partners and quickly gained an eye for potential success. When Xtreme Labs was acquired by Pivotal in 2013, Mitch saw the opportunity to fully immerse himself in the client relationship aspect of mobile development. Over this time, Mitch helped launch Pivotal offices in Denver and Washington DC.

Years later, Mitch has moved on to lead a new breed of mobile and emerging technology company. As head of product and design for TribalScale, Mitch has returned to his roots, helping to manage projects for companies big and small to create the ultimate in world class mobile and connected experiences.
