Alan is responsible for spearheading the product strategy and vision Dealer-FX business architecture, field deployment and product management. Alan has over 20 years of executive experience in large global companies such as IBM and several software start-ups. He’s succeeded in driving complex projects involving multiple partner organizations with disparate technologies from the initial concepts to the final delivery, and was a finalist for Canadian CIO of the Year in 2019.

A graduate from the University of Waterloo with a degree in Computer Engineering, Alan believes deeply that technology is the key to solving many of today’s problems.

With extensive expertise in cloud-based solutions that are both mobile-friendly and regulatory-compliant, Alan also has deep experience with telematics providers and connected mobility platforms. Alan also serves as a Lead Advisor with the Toronto MaRS Discovery District, the world’s largest urban innovation hub.
