Gmail: Use a particular message to create a filter

  1. Open Gmail.
  2. Check the checkbox next to the email you want.
  3. Click More More.
  4. Click Filter messages like these.
  5. Enter your filter criteria.
  6. Click Create filter.

  1. Right-click a message in your inbox or another email folder and select Rules.
  2. Select one of the options. Outlook automatically suggests creating a rule based on the sender and the recipients. To view more options, select Create Rule.
  3. In the Create Rule dialog box, select Subject contains.
  4. Click Advanced Options. Hit Next >
  5. Click Delete it, hit Next >
  6. Hit Next >
  7. Turn on Rule and hit Finsihed.
