The Canadian Advanced Technology Alliance is leading a Rebound Commercialization Program proposal to the Feds to prevent the collapse of Canada’s tech sector, saving companies, talent, IP and high paying jobs that are both an economic strategic advantage to our nation, and a major attractor driving the immigration of world-class talent. The proposal focuses on 12,000 Canadian Majority owned companies who invest in Canadian R&D and have a demonstrated track record via the Scientific Research and Experimental Development (SR&ED) tax credit program. The efforts will position Canada’s tech sector to rebound and thrive in a competitive and opportunity rich post COVID19 era.
